Trinity Factors sent out letters to all flat owners on 20th May to inform that the blue permits are expiring on Monday 7th July 2025.
TCVOA also placed notices in all stairwells (and delivered notices to main door flats by 29th May) providing at least one month's notice to all residents of the change of parking permits to allow for a transitional period.
From Monday 7th July 2025 any existing blue permits will no longer be valid. Any vehicle using a blue permit after this date will be liable for a penalty charge.
