Trinity Factors sent out letters to owners on 15th September enclosing new green parking permits, together with a copy of the parking permit policy published on this website. TCVOA also placed notices in stairwells providing at least one month's notice to all residents of the change of parking permits to allow for a transitional period.
From Monday 19th October any existing red permits regardless of the expiry date will no longer be valid. Any vehicle using a red permit after this date will be liable for a penalty charge.
